- Mexican Menu: (All Mexican plates are served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, and homemade tortillas)
- Angus Beef and Chicken Grilled Fajitas. Our famous fajitas are marinated with our exclusive grandmother’s recipe of spices and chilies, grilled, and cooked to perfection.
- Chicken Guajillo. Chicken breast marinated in pineapple juice, chile Ancho, and chile Guajillo, topped with bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, Monterey Jack cheese, and our delicious Guajillo sauce.
- Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp
- BBQ (Served with Texas Toast or Rolls, pickles, onion, and our homemade BBQ sauce). Choose from our slow-smoked meats:

- Italian Salad. A mix of lettuce, tomato, almonds, onion, and Parmesan cheese.
- Farfalle Pesto Pasta. The original bow tie pasta dipped in our family pesto recipe, accompanied with cherry tomato, baby broccoli, and Cremini mushrooms, topped with your choice of chicken, shrimp, lobster, or clams.
- Spaghetti and Meatballs. Our homemade meatballs are perfectly cooked with spices and fresh ingredients, fried, and tossed in our homemade Marinara sauce.
- Norcina Texas Pasta. Flavorful elbow pasta on a creamy white sauce mixed with garlic-pepper beef sausage and onions, bell peppers, and baby broccoli.

- Hibachi Style Street Tacos. The perfect Mexican meats: al Pastor, Guajillo chicken, lemon pepper fajitas. The beef is cooked at the time of order. Charro beans are available for all guests.
